We are thrilled to work together with bp on a ground-breaking carbon capture and storage project in Texas!
We are thrilled to work together with bp on a ground-breaking carbon capture and storage project in Texas!
This initiative will support low-carbon hydrogen production by storing CO2 captured from industrial sources. With a potential storage capacity of up to 15 Mt per year, this project will play a crucial role in the decarbonization of the Texas Gulf Coast industrial corridor.
As part of this collaboration, we bring our expertise in subsurface EM imaging and apply it to monitoring CO2 storage reservoirs. An example image provided below demonstrates the application of a conductivity model in a forward modeling study of EM monitoring of CO2 sequestration. We are excited to leverage our cutting-edge technologies and knowledge, as we contribute to the safe operation and monitoring of CO2 storage facilities.
